Job Description

Experience:
12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience. 3 months of Cerner experience is preferred.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a Maine license or compact license (required for submission). This role will require floating to multiple units Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted. 36 months gap required between for Staff at

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience:
Chest tubes, traches, drains, wound vacs, IVs, PCAs, Epidurals (rare), IVABX, Heparin gtts
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Previous Charge RN experience highly preferred•manager is willing to accept travelers without this only if willing to be trained as Charge and to work in that capacity as needed during the contract. No required to read and interpret cardiac strips, but it is preferrable.

Special Requests:
Housing in ME becomes more expensive in the summer months, beginning in May. Be sure to confirm you are comfortable with housing options before applying.
Roles requiring state licensure only:
License should not expire within 45 days following start date You can only have 1 active application for the same position (same unit & shift at the same facility).
Example:
if you apply for day shift, you can also apply for night shift on the same unit and facility, but you cannot apply for another day shift position on the same unit & facility.

May float to ICU for Med Surg level patients. May float to ED to task/as helping hands 14 days maximum time off 2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months Driver's license required for submission
