Schedule:
10 or 12-hour shifts
Weekend Call:
7:00 AM - 7:00 PM 36 guaranteed hours per week 1:4 weekends One overnight call (11 PM-7 AM for trauma), specialty team call varies
Key Responsibilities:
First scrub complex total joint revision cases with Stryker, DePuy, Smith & Nephew, and Zimmer systems Operate Mako robotic system and Hana table Assist on polytrauma orthopedic cases with minimal supervision Maintain high standards of efficiency (30-minute turnovers, 90% first case on-time start) Collaborate with tight-knit, high-volume team across five orthopedic
ORs Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing At least 2 years' experience in operating room nursing, including orthopedic trauma and complex joint revisions Proficient with multiple vendor systems and orthopedic instrumentation Robotic-assisted surgery and Hana table positioning skills Weekend/extended shift flexibility Level 1 trauma experience required; CNOR preferred
