Key Qualifications:

Active RN license in the state Previous experience in a pediatric, school, or similar nursing environment is highly desirable Strong assessment and clinical skills Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment in a school setting Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and a professional standard of care

What Youll Do:

Deliver personalized, 1:1 nursing support for a student during all school hours Administer daily medications, perform health assessments, and monitor ongoing medical needs Respond promptly and efficiently in emergency situations Collaborate with families, school staff, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans Maintain accurate health records and communicate effectively regarding student progress and needs
