Assess patient conditions and prioritize care based on acuity. Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians. Collaborate with healthcare team members for effective patient management. Educate patients and families about treatment plans and health maintenance. Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.

What You Need Required:

Valid RN license in Michigan Minimum 1 year of ER or acute care nursing experience Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Preferred:
