Job opportunity for an RN in Surgical ICU Stepdown in Petoskey, Michigan. Coordinates total nursing care for adult-geriatric patients. Participates in patient and family education. Works cooperatively with nursing and healthcare team members to provide leadership and maintain professional standards. Requires 2+ years of ICU stepdown experience and strong clinical skills. Michigan license and current BLS certification are required; additional certifications may be needed. Must have reliable transportation for travel assignments.
