Job Description

We are seeking individuals with genuine empathy and patience to help care for our residents' needs. We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN).
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Assess residents' health conditions and develop individualized care plans to address their medical and personal needs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and maintain accurate documentation. Monitor patients' vital signs and promptly report any changes in condition to the appropriate staff member or physician. Communicate effectively with residents and families, providing education, support, and reassurance. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care. Document patient progress, care interventions, and outcomes accurately using electronic medical records. Stay current with nursing best practices, clinical research, and compliance requirements. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills. Support a positive, family-like atmosphere through teamwork, compassion, and open communication. Perform other duties as assigned to ensure optimal resident care and facility operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent nursing education. Current, unencumbered state license as a Registered Nurse (RN). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and problem-solving abilities. Proven ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team. Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care. Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings preferred but not required.
