14 Shifts per Month | Flexible Scheduling | Meaningful Patient Care Are you a compassionate RN looking for a rewarding role with flexibility and work-life balance? Join our dedicated hospice team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families during their most important moments. We are seeking an On-Call Hospice Registered Nurse to provide skilled, compassionate after-hours care and support to hospice patients in their homes. This unique schedule offers the opportunity to work one week on and enjoy one full week off. Schedule & Compensation 14 shifts per month Paid salaried position based on 70 hours every two weeks Flexible scheduling options available — hours and days may be adjusted to accommodate employee needs and work-life balance What You'll Do As a valued member of our interdisciplinary hospice team, you will: Provide skilled nursing assessments and compassionate end-of-life care Deliver after-hours nursing care, interventions, and support in patients' homes Collaborate with the hospice interdisciplinary team to ensure individualized patient care plans are followed Support patients and families with empathy, education, and guidance during challenging times Help maximize patient comfort, dignity, and quality of life in accordance with hospice philosophy and standards of care Qualifications Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license required Experience in hospice, home health, oncology, acute care, or related nursing settings preferred Strong assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to respond compassionately and effectively to patient and family needs Comfortable working independently in home settings Emotional resilience, professionalism, and respect for diverse lifestyles and family dynamics Why Join Us?
