M-F 8 am - 4:30 pmOn Call/Weekend Requirement:
Once a month weekends and 3 weekdays a monthRoles & Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing services in accordance with physician orders, agency policies, and professional nursing standards.Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing evaluations.

Minimum Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) LicensePrevious Home Health Nursing ExperienceValid driver's license and reliable transportationCurrent automobile insurancePreferred Qualifications:
