Our Registered Nurses are vital members of a collaborative care team, delivering person-centered treatment while helping individuals on their path toward healing and recovery. What You'll Do As a Registered Nurse, you will: Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate treatment Provide compassionate nursing care in behavioral health settings Educate patients and families regarding treatment and discharge planning Monitor patient safety and report changes in condition Maintain accurate and timely documentation Promote a safe, therapeutic environment for patients and staff Serve as a clinical leader by supporting and guiding direct care staff Deliver person-centered, recovery-focused care Uphold Pine Rest's mission, values, and standards of excellence Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan Graduate of an accredited nursing program Previous clinical nursing experience preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred Behavioral health or psychiatric nursing experience is a plus Schedule Onsite position 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift opportunities available Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem positions available May require weekend and holiday availability Why Pine Rest?
