Qualifications What You Will Need Required Qualifications Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing. Health care provider certification (BCLS). 1 Year Critical Care/ICU Nursing Experience Preferred Qualifications BSN preferred.
