What You'll Do:

Provide direct patient care in medical-surgical/telemetry units during overnight shifts Assess patients' physical, psychological, and social needs upon admission and develop comprehensive care plans within 24 hours Implement and adjust care plans, ensuring continuous evaluation of patient progress Educate patients and families about condition management and support independence Promote infection control policies and medication safety practices Document all actions and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Recognize and respond to changes in patient status with appropriate interventions Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning Participate in ongoing professional development and hospital committees to enhance patient outcomes

What You Need:

Valid RN license in Michigan Prior experience in medical-surgical and telemetry nursing preferred Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to prioritize and provide compassionate, patient-centered care About the
