• Fri/Sat/Sun Off (3) What You Will DoTroubleshooting mechanical and/or electrical problems, repair and maintain all equipment in accordance with plant policies and proceduresHelping to meet or exceed production, waste, and quality goals through a quality maintenance programInstalling and repairing mechanical components, welding, and fabrication of materialsReading and interpreting mechanical, basic electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematicsUnderstand knowledge and safe work practices involving mechanical machinery and lock out tag out processesAdhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, andprocedures.

Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals and manufacturers specifications, including but not limited to:

MotorsPneumatic componentsConveyor systemsProgrammable logic controls (PLCs)Production machinesAlignmentsUse hand tools, power tools and precision-measuring devices and testinginstruments.

Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing safetyequipment. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Experience troubleshooting equipment in a manufacturing, industrial or militaryenvironment.

Experience with 480V MotorsExperience reading electrical schematics/mechanicaldrawings. What Will Put You AheadExperience troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic and/or pneumatic systems.

Two (2) or more years of electrical and mechanical experience in a manufacturing or military environmentExperience referencing the National Electric Code (NEC) or National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) standards on thejob.
