$2,556.00 We are seeking an experienced Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to join a fast-paced acute care team in Petoskey, Michigan. This position offers the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative hospital environment.

Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care to medical-surgical patients Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to achieve positive patient outcomes Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform clinical interventions as needed Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge needs Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the healthcare team

Requirements:
