Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and be committed to providing high-quality patient care. This role involves working in various settings, including inpatient, long-term care, and emergency room environments. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and medical histories. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in condition. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Requirements Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Strong knowledge of physiology and nursing practices. Experience in various nursing specialties such as ophthalmology, PICU, memory care, or emergency room is preferred. Familiarity with electronic health record systems (Epic or Cerner). Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations within inpatient or long-term care settings. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care. Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. Pay:
$45.00 - $55.00 per hour
