Business Development Representative - Northeast Michigan
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales and marketing plan to maintain and grow occupancy Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home health & hospice agencies, case managers and social workers, physician offices and community partners Conduct community outreach and attend networking events Track leads, inquiries, tours, and move-ins using CRM systems Conduct tours for prospective residents and families Collaborate with Executive Director and clinical team to ensure appropriate resident fit Meet and exceed monthly census and move-in goals Analyze market trends and competitor activityQualifications:
2+ years of experience in senior living, healthcare sales, or assisted living marketing Proven track record of meeting sales or occupancy goals Strong understanding of the local healthcare referral network Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Existing referral relationships in the Northern Michigan healthcare marketAbout Baruch Senior Ministries:
