What We're Looking For:

Active RN license in the state of Michigan Previous nursing experience; experience in pediatric or school settings is a plus Skills in providing catheterization services, with comfort in 1:1 student care Compassion, reliability, and a collaborative spirit when working with students, families, and school teams Strong documentation and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver dedicated 1:1 nursing care to a high school student during school hours, focusing on catheterization services as required Monitor the students health status, respond to health needs, and implement physician-ordered care plans Maintain accurate health records and report on any changes in condition Collaborate with educators, parents, and the school nurse to create a safe and supportive school environment Participate in student-centered team meetings as needed

The Details:
