Key Responsibilities:

Lead and participate in all aspects of perioperative nursing, including pre-op assessment, intraoperative care, and post-op evaluation. Communicate essential patient and family information efficiently and compassionately to all members of the surgical team. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Active and unrestricted RN license. Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN - OR). Proven competency with surgical procedures, sterile technique, and patient monitoring in an OR setting. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-critical environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams. BLS certification (other advanced certifications strongly preferred).
