Purpose:

How you will make an impact: At Prairie Cottages, as the Registered Nurse, your nursing skills will be pivotal in enhancing the well-being of our residents. You will actively shape resident-centered care plans, prioritizing customer service in every interaction. Bringing joy to the residents' faces as you assist them in reaching their utmost potential. Other job duties that you will be responsible for, but not limited to, regulatory compliance, emergencies, memory loss, dietary, assisting with plan of care for person- centered activities and programming, nursing and health services, personnel management and training, providing compassionate, empathic customer service to those we serve. Schedule & Availability This position requires availability to work into the evening hours. The RN will have a regular schedule that includes later shifts/evening hours to provide clinical leadership and support when residents and staff need it most. We are looking for an RN who is comfortable being present and accessible during evening operations and who understands the importance of consistent nursing support across all shifts.

What you will need:

Current Registered Nurse License Experience in Assisted living and/or memory care facilities a plus Comfortable working in an assisted living setting Must have knowledge or willing to acquire knowledge of Alzheimer's Disease and related Dementias and experience with those affected.
