Long-term care registered nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Appleton, Minnesota. The role focuses on delivering high-quality geriatric nursing care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining compliance and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to geriatric patients in a long-term care setting Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document all care activities accurately Educate patients and their families on health management, discharge instructions, and available resources Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment to promote patient well-being and prevent infections

Qualifications:

Valid RN license from an accredited nursing program Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Current CPR certification Minimum of 1 year experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing Ability to work 12-hour day shifts Strong communication skills Compassionate bedside manner

Preferred Skills:

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
