What You'll Be Doing As a Floating Visiting Nurse, you'll provide skilled nursing visits throughout the Twin Cities while helping patients safely manage their health at home.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting skilled nursing visits and comprehensive assessments. Providing wound care, medication management, and patient education. Developing and updating individualized plans of care. Supporting patients and families with disease management and safety. Assisting nearby territories based on patient and operational needs. Collaborating with therapists, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members. Completing documentation and OASIS assessments when applicable. Participating in limited on-call responsibilities. Qualifications Active Minnesota Registered Nurse License Required Strong clinical and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
