Monday-Friday On-Call:

Late shift call rotation and every 4th weekend Job Summary R&B Staffing is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment at RiverView Health in Crookston, MN. The ideal candidate is comfortable circulating and/or scrubbing across a high-volume, high-variety surgical caseload and can move confidently between specialties on any given day. Procedures/Specialties Covered Upper and lower endoscopies General surgery, both open and laparoscopic Spine surgery Upper and lower total joint replacements Orthopedic sports medicine Podiatry OB/GYN, including C-sections Cardiac pacemaker insertions Pain management procedures Requirements Minimum 1 year of Operating Room experience required Current BLS certification Current ACLS certification Current PALS certification Active RN License required Ability to work rotating 8-hour shifts and participate in call rotation, including every 4th weekend Willingness to commit to a 13-week assignment Responsibilities Provide circulating and/or scrub support across a broad range of surgical specialties Maintain sterile technique and ensure OR readiness for each case Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical staff to ensure safe, efficient procedures Accurately document intraoperative care per facility and regulatory standards Respond to on-call needs per the scheduled rotation Travel/Assignment Details Assignment length: 13 weeks (extension possible based on facility need)

Pay:
