Nurse [RN] Job Description Do you enjoy sharing your talents with children? Playing in a beautiful outdoor setting? Going to camp? Participating in agency events? Come join a professional, energetic, and dynamic team of Registered Nurses at Northwood Children s Services. Under the supervision and medical collaboration of our contracting physician and psychiatrist, the Northwood Registered Nurse works alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide education, medical care, and supervision to students in a residential setting. Compassion, positive energy, and strong organizational skills are required. Registered Nurse schedules are consistent and provide flexibility for personal time. Shifts include days, evenings, and every other weekend. No overnights. Northwood Children s Services is looking for a compassionate and energetic Registered Nurse with strong organizational skills to provide general health care supervision to our students in a residential setting. We have a . 8 FTE position available. Shifts include days, evenings, and every other weekend. No overnights. Minimum Qualifications Current RN license in good standing with the state of MN Current CPR Certification Demonstrates knowledge and experience in assessment, utilizing the nursing process and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to provide quality patient centered care A minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatrics and/or mental health preferred Benefits Medical - MEDICA HSA eligible plans with an employer match of between $1000-$2500 per year Quarterly Health Reimbursement of $1940 per year if you are covered on insurance other than Northwood's offerings to help pay for premiums Dental (free for Employee Only coverage) is no more than $22 a month for family coverage. Life Insurance (employer paid) equal to 1x total salary Flexible Spending Account Option (Limited Flex compatible with HSA and Dependent Care Flex also available) 5% employer contribution for 403B pension after 1 year of employment and 1000 continuous hours (7) paid holidays and (1) Float Holiday for full time employees Sick Pay Vacation Pay Student Loan Repayment Program ($5000 a year with no cap after completing 1-year full time employment) Scholarship program for continuing your education or further your education (after completing 1-year full time employment) Cooperative (rental equipment available, special events, employee gift fund and damage fund) $250 Referral Bonus (for every candidate you refer that is offered and accepts employment) Pay Incentives The hourly wage for this position is currently $36.00 per hour. After completion of the annual review, candidates can earn between 1-5% (Cash Bonus if you earn 4%-5%) in salary increase based on performance each year.
