What you'll get to do in this role: You will be in charge of organizing and providing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. You will get to be a team leader and delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions. You will be part of something bigger as you will contribute to meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and in turn serve the community in which you live. You will meet the requirements of the Joint Commission as applicable and/or other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies. You will be providing direct patient care to acute mental health patients as well as supporting the family by providing education and updates.

Education Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:

BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing Behavioral health experience as an RN, BHT, or intern/capstone student preferred

Preferred Job Qualifications:

1 year Behavioral Health experience This position will work the following: 0.8 FTE 8 Hour Shifts Day/Evening Rotation Every other weekend

Current nursing licensure in Minnesota Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month Qualified candidates may be eligible for a hiring incentive of up to:
