Category Nursing - RN-Operating Room Job Type Contract Step into a critical role in perioperative care, where your experience and expertise in the operating room can make a meaningful impact. This contract position is ideal for a Registered Nurse skilled in the operating room environment, seeking to deliver exceptional patient outcomes in a supportive and fast-paced setting.

Schedule:

13-week assignment 5×8-hour day shifts 7:00 a.m. standard start times and occasional 10:30 a.m. starts

Qualifications:

Valid Minnesota RN license or Minnesota temporary permit (RN) Current BLS certification Minimum of two years' perioperative nursing experience in the operating room Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile technique, and OR safety protocols Excellent communication and critical thinking skills Compassionate, collaborative approach to patient care

Deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality nursing care to surgical patients before, during, and after procedures Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to maintain a sterile environment and anticipate surgical team needs Provide detailed patient assessments and maintain accurate medical records Ensure adherence to healthcare facility policies, safety standards, and regulations Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and emergencies, providing expert support to the surgical team This opportunity offers a dynamic setting to advance your skills in perioperative nursing while working alongside dedicated healthcare professionals.
