Job Description

RN - Ambulatory Primary Care Phone Triage- Up to $74.20/ Hour Interim HealthCare Staffing is seeking Phone Triage Registered Nurses to support an Advanced Care/ Primary clinic. This RN plays a critical role in assisting patients and creating successful outcomes by triaging calls and coordinating patient care. This role is focused on telephonic patient triage and clinical decision support .

Pay Rate:

$63.60 to $74.20 per hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday. Exact hour could vary slightly between 7:45a- 4:15p and 8:30a-5p

The assignment would begin in Hugo and then would move to

Lino Lakes Role Highlights:

Provide phone-based nursing triage and clinical guidance Assess symptoms, determine level of care, and escalate appropriately Utilize clinical protocols and documentation systems Collaborate with providers and care teams to support patient outcomes Coordinating patient care including medication refills, home care and durable medical equipment Utilizing the EPIC/ Inbasket system for necessary documentation

Requirements:

Active RN license in Minnesota AND Wisconsin (required) Prior phone triage, in-person triage, or phone-based nursing experience strongly preferred Current BLS/CPR for Healthcare Providers (AHA or Red Cross only) Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple calls and priorities
