Desired Experience & Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program Active MN RN license or MN Temporary Permit-RN Current BLS and PALS certifications required Minimum of 18 months PICU nursing experience, including care for pre

•and post-operative surgical patients and trauma patients; or 18 months pediatric CVICU experience, including competence in caring for pre

•and post-operative cardiac surgical and procedural patients Confidence and flexibility to float between multiple hospital locations as needed Commitment to delivering family-centered care in a dynamic, high-acuity setting

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and provide family-focused care utilizing the nursing process for pediatric patients in the PICU Deliver independent nursing functions and collaborate efficiently with interdisciplinary teams Accurately document all care and interventions Engage with families to provide education, reassurance, and support throughout hospitalization Adhere to all professional standards and facility protocols
