• 8:00 PM Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.

Provide companionship and emotional support to promote social interaction and overall well-being. Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to client dietary needs and preferences. Complete light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and maintaining a safe living environment. Observe and report changes in clients' physical, emotional, or mental conditions. Support medication reminders and follow individualized care plans. Assist individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia, Alzheimer's disease, and other specialized care needs. Utilize proper safety procedures and equipment, including Hoyer lifts when required. Maintain client confidentiality and comply with all company policies and HIPAA regulations. Qualifications Previous caregiving experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, group homes, or related settings preferred. Knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, hospice care, disability services, or autism support is beneficial. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Ability to safely assist clients with transfers and mobility support. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing exceptional client care.
