Licensed Social Worker (LSW) Part-Time, Flexible Hours About the Role Integra Health Care is seeking a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to join our team as a
CFSS/PCA
Supervising Professional. In this role, you'll train, supervise, and evaluate our support workers who provide in-home personal care services to individuals with disabilities and older adults across metropolitan areas. What You'll Do Conduct in-home initial and ongoing training for support workers based on each client's individual care needs Perform required supervisory visits and competency evaluations in clients' homes Evaluate support worker performance and document training, supervision, and competency per DHS requirements Collaborate with clients, families, and care coordinators to build and update individualized worker training plans Ensure compliance with Minnesota
DHS CFSS/PCA
policy and documentation standards Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for support workers in the field What You Need Active Minnesota Social Work license (LSW) Ability to pass a DHS NETStudy 2.0 background study Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes within metropolitan areas Strong communication and documentation skills Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible field-based schedule Prior experience in home care, PCA/CFSS, or disability services a plus (not required) Schedule & Growth Part-time (flexible daytime hours) Mileage reimbursement for in-home visits Why Join Us Meaningful work supporting people to live independently in their communities Flexible, field-based schedule Supportive team environment
Pay:
$47.00 - $60.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 40.0 per week
