Direct team activities in the OR Assure proper communication in OR among staff and surgeons Develop a perioperative nursing care plan, through assessment of patient care needs. Demonstrates understanding of the hospital's mission and values and their impact on nursing practices. Demonstrate consistent alignment with our behavior standards. Collaborates with other care staff to assure smooth transition for patients throughout the facility using proper hand off techniques. Job Requirements Required Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.

Registered Nurse:
