Make a meaningful impact as a Registered Nurse in the PACU at CentraCare Monticello Hospital! Provide compassionate, specialized care to patients as they safely recover from surgery and take their next step toward healing. Collaborate with a dedicated Surgical Services team to promote continuity and quality of care while contributing to staff education and the advancement of clinical practices. Schedule:

Part-Time 56 hours every two weeks Monday through Friday; variable start and end times Rotating weekday, weekend, and holiday call shifts-off-premise call 30 minutes response

Pay and Benefits:

Pay based on experience and degree Pay range: $41.32 - $68.11 per hour Associate's in nursing starting at $41.32 per hour Bachelor's in nursing is starting at $42.56 per hour Master's in nursing starting at $43.84 per hour Pay range: $41.32 - $68.11 per hour

Qualifications:

Associate Degree Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing or higher Registered Nurse (RN) Current Minnesota RN License Required Basic Life Support (BLS) Current BLS certification Required Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) ACLS certified for "on call" purposes only Previous Surgical Services experience preferred. Respond onsite within 30 minutes when "on call" Must possess demonstrated communication skills, able to read and communicate effectively in English. Strong written and verbal skills and possess strong interpersonal human relations skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, organizational, problem solving and decision-making skills.
