1 Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced Labor and Delivery RN for a night shift assignment requiring post-partum and Level II Nursery experience. Details Labor and Delivery unit with 17 rooms/beds Average daily census of 3 laboring patients, 3-4 post-partum patients, and 1-2 Level II nursery babies Night shift, 4x12 hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), with 3x12 or 4x12 scheduling options Floating required within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals Requirements Active MN RN license required (pending license accepted) Current BCLS and NRP certifications required Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience required Post-Partum experience required Level II Nursery experience required IV Start skills required Triage experience preferred Minimum one supervisor reference required Additional Information Provide comprehensive nursing care across labor, post-partum, and Level II nursery patient populations Must live at least 100 miles from the facility to be considered Returning travelers must have a 3-month gap since last working as a perm employee (staff or per diem) at this facility RTO ideally no more than 5 days First-time travelers are welcome to apply Facility does not provide references to travelers post-assignment or to those who previously worked as perm employees
