Chillicothe, MO Job Summary:
Livingston Manor is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team, in Chillicothe, MO. As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will play a lead role in providing the best care to our residents, promoting their health, comfort, and well-being. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents, including assessments, medication administration, and treatments Be a voice in care planning, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Monitor and report changes in resident condition, symptoms, and medications Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to our goal of enhancing resident health and quality of life
Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN)
