Supplemental Health Care is partnering with a supportive school district in Kirkwood, MO hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Nurse to support students in a school-based setting for the upcoming school year. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN with pediatric experience who is looking for a flexible, part-time schedule while making a meaningful impact on student health and well-being.

Approximately 11:30 AM/12:00 PM to 3:30 PM daily

Pay:

$39-$42 an hour Responsibilities Provide nursing care and health services to students during the school day Monitor and support students with chronic health conditions, including diabetes, asthma, and seizure disorders Assess student health concerns and respond to medical needs as they arise Administer medications and treatments in accordance with district policies and physician orders Maintain accurate health records and documentation Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers to support student well-being Promote a safe and healthy learning environment Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Experience working with pediatric patients, particularly middle school-aged students Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills School nursing experience is welcome but not required Acute care or pediatric clinical experience preferred Why SHC Education?
