Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage plan members Assess prior and current medical history, review medical conditions, and document medication use Deliver clear education to members about their health conditions and prescribed medications Identify gaps in care and provide actionable recommendations to improve member health outcomes No treatment plan creation or medication prescribing required

Qualifications:

Active Nurse Practitioner Licensure in Missouri Current CPR (BLS) certification Board Certification via AANP or ANCC At least 6 months of recent NP experience preferred Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program

Compensation:

Earn between $80 and $90 for each evaluation, plus a mileage stipend and compensation for administrative time.
