Qualifications RN License Full Job Description Role Overview:
Provides direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication use. Engages in activities supporting patient safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and professional development.
Responsibilities:
Develops, implements, and documents personalized care plans collaborating with the healthcare team, patients, and families. Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations. Ensures effective communication of care plans across the continuum of care. Maintains a safe environment, adhering to safety-sensitive standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Educational requirements include a Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree and RN licensure. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience. No previous supervisory experience required. Previous Labor & Delivery experience is a plus.
