!!!!! We are looking for a dependable, organized, and team-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing leadership team. This position will oversee our facility's Infection Prevention and Control Program while also assisting with other admin nurse tasks.

Responsibilities include:

Oversee and maintain the facility's Infection Prevention and Control Program Monitor, track, investigate, and report infections and communicable diseases Conduct infection surveillance and identify trends or areas of concern Educate and assist staff with infection prevention practices, hand hygiene, PPE, isolation precautions, and other infection-control procedures Assist with employee and resident immunization programs and required tracking Ensure infection-control policies and practices meet facility, state, and federal requirements Participate in Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities related to infection prevention

Requirements:

Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a current nursing license Long-term care experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work well with staff Dependable and willing to help where needed Every-other-weekend rotation is required Infection Prevention/Infection Control certification is preferred but not required — we are willing to help the right candidate obtain certification. Pay:

$31.00 - $33.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
