Full Job Description Role Overview:
Provides direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication use.
Key Responsibilities:
Develops, implements, and documents personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families. Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific factors. Participates in promoting patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development. Engages in a call requirement with a 45-minute response time, working four 10-hour shifts, including a call requirement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Licensed RN; no prior experience necessary, but 2 years of experience is preferred. Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work safely and maintain alertness in a safety-sensitive role.
Additional Information:
