Shift:

7:00 AM - 7:30

PM Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months. 2 years of Medical Surgical Unit experience. Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license (required after submission). This role may require floating to additional units and locations Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted. Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted. Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

RNs only: Clinicians who obtained an RN degree outside of the U.S. and do not hold MO/IL/Compact licensure require an extended licensing and compliance timeframe. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Shift & Scheduling:

Every other weekend required. No call. No more than 7 days of RTO per 13 week contract. Some initial orientation will occur on weekdays because classes are usually unavailable on weekends.

Floating Requirements:

Will float within scope to Progress West as needed and to other units (surgical, telemetry).
