Job Description Job Description PediCare Nursing Agency is hiring compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care for a pediatric patient in Biloxi, MS . We are currently seeking a nurse for consistent weekend day coverage every Saturday and Sunday . This is a great opportunity for an RN looking for dependable weekend hours, additional income, or a schedule that works around a weekday position.

ABOUT THE CASE

Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a pediatric patient in the comfort of their home. The assigned nurse will provide one-on-one care throughout the shift , allowing for focused assessment, skilled nursing intervention, and support of the patient and family.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide safe, skilled, and compassionate nursing care according to the physician's plan of care Perform ongoing assessments and monitor for changes in patient condition Administer medications, treatments, and other ordered nursing interventions Assist with activities of daily living as needed Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation Communicate changes or concerns appropriately with the clinical team Educate and support the patient's family regarding home-care needs

REQUIREMENTS

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Mississippi Current BLS certification Current TB screening within the past 12 months Ability to meet all required state background screening requirements Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience Pediatric or private duty nursing experience is a plus
