The Senior Recruiter will play a critical role in our organization's growth and success by identifying, engaging, and securing top talent in the electrical field and beyond. The focus is hiring and backfilling for turnover in the warehouse .

Responsibilities:

Proactively source, identify, and engage candidates through various channels, including online job boards, professional networks, industry associations, trade schools, and apprenticeship programs. Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate technical skills, experience, certifications, and cultural fit. Provide guidance and support to supervisors throughout the selection process, ensuring adherence to fair hiring practices, union regulations, and legal compliance. Create attractive job postings and compelling recruitment marketing materials that promote our company culture, values, and opportunities for career growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, union representatives, and other stakeholders to enhance our recruitment efforts and stay abreast of industry trends and labor market dynamics. Stay updated on industry best practices, innovative recruitment strategies, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our recruitment processes. Lead negotiations and facilitate the job offer process, ensuring competitive compensation packages, and smooth onboarding experiences for new hires. Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics and trends to monitor the success of recruitment initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
