We are hiring an experienced full-time MDS Nurse for our skilled nursing facility

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Job duties include the following: Maintain and update schedules of MDS's. Coordinate the work of the Interdisciplinary Team to complete the MDS, Enter or supervise input of MDS into the computer. Serve as the leader of the MDS and care plan meeting. Assure that

MDS, RAI

process and Care plans are completed and transmitted timely. Keep and monitor RUG's worksheet for Medicare residents. Any other duties as assigned by the Administrator and/or Director of Nursing. Competitive Pay

REQUIREMENTS
