Essential Qualifications:
- Demonstrates leadership and can organize, plan and supervise the Nursing Department in coordination with other resident services.
- Demonstrates the ability to adhere to departmental budget.
- Maintains effective interpersonal relationships.
- Implement changes as determined by the Nursing Director.
- Must demonstrate ability to follow policies, procedures, practices, and direction without the direct supervision of the Director of Nursing.
- Must demonstrate ability to evaluate the geriatric resident's needs and implement systems.
