Qualifications:

Active and unencumbered RN license Demonstrated experience in Emergency Room nursing Proven ability to quickly assess and triage patients in a fast-paced environment Strong clinical skills, including IV placement, medication administration, and cardiac monitoring Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS (or willingness to obtain as required) Excellent teamwork, communication, and documentation skills Ability to remain calm and effective during high-pressure situations
