Job Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms and public areas. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and hotel staff. Complete preventive maintenance tasks as assigned. Assist with room inspections to ensure rooms are guest-ready. Keep the hotel's exterior, parking lot, sidewalks, and common areas clean and presentable. Remove trash from public areas and assist with property cleanliness. Help housekeeping with heavy lifting, furniture moving, and other duties as needed. Report maintenance issues that require outside contractors. Follow all hotel safety procedures and company policies. Be available to assist during emergencies when needed. Qualifications Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the shift. Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and reliability. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. Friendly, professional attitude with a commitment to guest satisfaction. Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.

$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
