What You'll Bring:
Valid and unrestricted RN license with current BLS and ACLS certifications. Recent experience in a PACU setting; solid understanding of post-anesthesia care principles. Excellent assessment, monitoring, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and adapt quickly. Proficiency with electronic health records is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional care for patients recovering from anesthesia, following established protocols. Monitor vital signs, manage pain levels, and assess post-surgical complications. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety standards. Educate patients and families on post-procedure care and recovery.
