1 Description American Traveler is hiring a Registered Nurse for an Emergency Department position requiring competency in ER, LTC, and med surg care with a 13-week night shift assignment. Details Work in the Emergency Department, with additional cross-coverage in LTC and med surg units This is not a clinic setting Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 19:00-7:30 13-week assignment length Uses Epic charting system Travel pairs accepted, though same shift is not guaranteed Requirements Active RN license (MT or Compact) required, pending license acceptable at submission but must be in-hand prior to start Competency in Emergency Department nursing required Non-AHA certifications accepted, including Instructor, Provider, and RQI certs Recent Epic experience within the last 12 months strongly preferred but not mandatory Additional Information Candidates without recent Epic experience will complete on-site Epic training and must pass a test-out before being scheduled RTO typically limited to no more than 2 weeks during the assignment, with expectation that time off will be made up
