In this role, you will expertly triage patients, prioritize care needs, and provide timely interventions addressing physical and psychosocial needs. You would also monitor patient responses, adjust treatments as needed, collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team, and maintain accurate clinical documentation while responding effectively to changing patient conditions.

Schedule:

Full-Time | 0.75 FTE | Days (9:00 AM - 9:00 PM) 12 Hour shifts | Nights (12 Hour Shifts) What You'll Do Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced emergency setting Triage patients, prioritize care needs, and implement timely interventions Address patients' physical and psychosocial needs Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as needed Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team Support optimal patient outcomes and efficient patient flow Maintain clear, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation Respond rapidly to changing patient conditions Work professionally and effectively with minimal supervision What We Are Looking For Education, Experience and Certifications Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program Emergency nursing experience preferred; Critical care experience desirable Current Montana RN License BLS required;

ACLS & PALS

required within 6 months of hire TNCC required within 1 year of hire

NRP & ENPC
