Job Description
Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum of 1 year experience in a Telemetry nursing role. Strong assessment and monitoring abilities with cardiac patients. Proficient in recognizing and responding to cardiac rhythms and emergencies. Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills. Current BLS and ACLS certifications.Responsibilities:
Continuously assess, monitor, and record patient vital signs using telemetry equipment. Administer medications and treatments safely according to provider orders. Analyze telemetry readings and promptly identify changes in cardiac rhythms. Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families. Collaborate effectively with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and adjust patient care plans. Ensure accurate documentation in electronic medical records. Maintain strict adherence to safety and infection control procedures.
