Preferred Qualifications:
Active RN license, valid in North Carolina or compact state Minimum of two years ICU nursing experience BLS and ACLS certifications (required) Demonstrated proficiency in ventilator management, invasive monitoring, and handling critical situations with composure Strong communication and critical thinking skills Previous travel nurse experience preferred, but not required
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional critical care to a variety of complex patients in the ICU Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans Monitor and quickly respond to changes in patients conditions Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes with precision Provide compassionate support and education to patients and their families
