Job Description

Step into a dynamic elementary school environment and make a lasting impact on students lives! A fulfilling contract opportunity is available for speech-language professionals to provide services in a supportive, collaborative educational setting. This position offers a chance to help students achieve communication goals and ensures that every childs voice is heard. This role is open to experienced SLPs (CCC and School Certified), as well as SLPAs and Clinical Fellows, making it an excellent fit whether youre looking to expand your skills or take your expertise to a new setting. Both onsite and hybrid arrangements are available, giving you flexibility as you support an elementary caseload.
Qualifications/Experience:
Active SLP license/certification required (SLP-CCC, SLP-CF, or SLPA) Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Adaptability to changing caseloads and locations (details provided upon placement) Enthusiasm for making a difference for children with communication needs
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and deliver therapy to elementary-aged students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school requirements Adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs Foster a welcoming, motivating environment for students
